The house was built on one level in the early 70s by the famous Arch. Jaques Couelle, it develops on an area of about 230 square meters and is situated in a panoramic residential area in the immediate neighborhood and upstream of the central "Piazzetta" of Porto Cervo.

With the realization of the regional law "Piano Casa", approved in May 2014, the property would come to have 7 bedrooms, 6 of which are doubles and one with bunk beds, with 6 bathrooms. The project plans to create a large suite (bedroom, living room and bathroom) above the current "dependance" with 2 verandas, but nothing prevents to develop in the same spaces 2 double bedrooms with a bathroom.

At the time it was decided not to carry out the restructuring works of the development of the "dependance", in order to allow any buyer to intervene to his liking, always respecting the received authorizations.
