Eco Retreat Casa Viggiani is located on the heavenly island of Santa Maria, in the heart of the "Parco Nazionale Arcipelago di La Maddalena". The island can be reached by powerboat in 30 mins from Palau, 25 mins from La Maddalena and 40 mins from Bonifacio in Corsica. The nearby Hotel La Casitta offers helicopter pad upon reservation.

The newly refurbished villa is developed on three levels:
- on the floor -1: 2 bedrooms with amazing view + 1 ensuite bedroom. Patio where meals are served
- the ground floor has the master bedroom, living room, kitchen with dining room.

Large terrace with stunning seaview, dining table for 14 people, cosy and colourful sitting corner.

- the first floor has 1 large bedroom with ensuite bathroom

The beautiful sandy beach is just a hop away (approx. 300 mt) and numerous bays on the property can be reached within a short walk.

Two kayaks are also available and a quad is at your disposal to transport the luggage from the pontoon to the house (200 m)

Also included a wonderful cook for 40h/week
