In the dépandance there is a twin bedroom with bathroom, a laundry room, a service room and a cellar; covered parking spaces.

The furnishings, well-finished in every smallest element and with great attention to detail, reflect an elegant and refined style. Soft colors enhance the brightness of the rooms and the terracotta floors add a traditional note to the whole.
