An olive grove (3.8 hectares for 940 trees) allows producing an average of 4.0 tons of olives, yielding approximately 520 kg of olive oil (56.6 hl). Over the last ten years, the greatest harvest was 4.9 tons of olives, for a final production of 640 kg of olive oil (69.6 hl). Olive oil production varies greatly with climate and potential parasite infestations which could greatly reduce the production below the average.
