The property is located 15 minutes from the local regatta site and fish fry as well as the highest point in The Bahamas on Mt. Alvernia. It is also 25 minutes away from Hawks Nest marina (with its own airstrip and small hotel), 5 minutes from the Flamingo Hills Marina, currently under construction, and 25 minutes from the Island’s main Airport at New Bight (TBI). Cat Island is a 90-minute flight from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and 35 minutes from Nassau.
