This idyllically quiet located finca was built in 1991 by a construction manager of the famous architect Pedro Otzoup. The plot was deliberately chosen by a hill at the foot of the Galatzós and Tramuntana mountains, which was already used by the Celts as an energy power place.
From the entire property you can enjoy wonderful panoramic views of the landscape as well as the mountains. The property is divided into a main house and a neighbouring house, each with three bedrooms, one living room and one kitchen. The main house has one bathroom and one guest toilet, the adjoining house has three bathrooms (two of them en-suite) and a sauna with showers in the basement area of the house.
The various terraces in the landscaped garden make this property a wonderful oasis for rest and relaxation. The pool is filled with spring water and is located in the garden in front of the neighbouring house. It would be possible to build another large pool in front of the main house, from which one could enjoy the view of the valley as far as Es Capdella.
A water supply for the home and garden is available through its own 250m deep well (25,000L cistern as a reservoir). Electricity costs are incurred for the operation of the pump, but there are no further water costs.
