This stand alone chalet has to command one of the most impressive plots in Médières, an independent and historic village located just under the main town of Verbier.
The position is exceptional as the chalet sits amongst alpine meadows, with uninterrupted views of both the Bruson range (Six Blanc, Mont Rogneux) as well as the Aiguilles de Chamonix (Argentieres and the Trient Glacier).
The chalet was built and reconstructed from a chalet dating back to the early 1900's offering vast quantities of period charm.
The entrance to the chalet is on the first floor where the main living area is arranged. A spacious and very well-equipped kitchen which was refurbished in 2010 is open plan to the dining/living area with a wonderful and recently updated open metal surround fireplace. The chalet has retained lots of its original charm. The balcony to the east is a perfect outdoor setting for taking in the impressive morning sunrise of the Swiss Alps.
The top floor contains the master bedroom with shared balcony, private balcony, dressing area and spacious bathroom. Two further bedrooms and a large hallway are located on the top floor.
Two bedrooms are located on the lower level and can be easily separated from the main chalet should one want to create a independent apartment or offer extra privacy for guests.
