DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDINGS The farmhouse (350 sqm – 3,766 sqft) is laid over three floors organized as follows: - Basement: cellar, storage room and bathroom; - Ground floor: kitchen and ample living room with windows and sitting room with fireplace, dining room, bathroom and closet; - First floor: staircase room, four bedrooms and two bathrooms, hallway; going up a few steps there are a living room and a kitchen.
