Each apartment features a video intercom system asweil as a separate alarm system. lt is not connected with the in house electrical system (Bus). The garage door can be opened via remote control.

THRESHOLD-FREE ACCESS: No barriers - convenient access on all levels in all Cottage View Apartments - in-and outdoors. The elevator (11Ox140cm) is disabled-adapted. lt can do without a machine room. lt is operated by key and leads directly to the apartment.
