"Dom s Atlantami" - a club house in neoclassical style in Solyanka, whose history began in the XIX century. Originally the building belonged to the merchant Alexey Rastorguyev, who founded a tea shop and a printing house there, and rented several apartments above. Among the tenants was the Lyapunov family, which gathered one of the largest collections of paintings exhibited now in the Tretyakov Gallery. Centuries later, the 6-storey mansion was thoughtfully reconstructed: its exterior, including brickwork, stucco and color, remained original, while progressive engineering renovated the house from the inside.
The main façade is decorated with lion masks and chimeras, sculptural figures of atlantes hold the balcony above the central entrance on their shoulders, the copper roof shining in the sun.
Apartments, penthouses and townhouses with de luxe finish, equipped with bathrooms and kitchens. Exceptional views of the historical building of the centre, the high-rise on Kotelnicheskaya embankment and the Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary. A six-level underground parking lot and an inner courtyard with covered pergolas, walkways and a playground. A 10-minute walk will take you to Zaradye Park and Red Square.
