The closest airport is the one in Perugia (45km; 50’) but for intercontinental flights we suggest the terminals of Florence, Rome, Bologna and Pisa.

DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDING
The farmhouse (252 sqm – 2,711 sqft) is laid over two floors organized as follows:
- Apartment A (ground and first floor): kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace, studio, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and technical room. The kitchen features a convenient loggia with outdoor dining space.
- Apartment B (first floor): living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. This apartment can be accessed independently via an outdoor stone staircase.

STATE AND FINISHES
The country house was built in 2002 by exploiting existing volumes from a ruined farmhouse. The reconstruction allows creating a building featuring typical details of the Umbria countryside, such as stone walls, wooden beams and terracotta floors, all without giving up on modern comforts. The materials used grant excellent thermal insulation and make life in the building pleasant both in summer and winter.

EXTERIORS
The farmhouse is located at the center of a well-maintained garden covering roughly 8,400 sqm and offering excellent privacy to a property that is nonetheless easily reached. A convenient graveled apron allows parking a few cars just outside the house.
On a small paved terrace, surrounded by olive trees, is located a small octagonal above-ground swimming pool.
