DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDINGS
The main farmhouse (400 sqm – 4,304 sqft, 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms) is laid over two floors and includes a total of six apartments, each made up of living area with cooking corner, double bedroom and bathroom.
The guesthouse N°1 (115 sqm – 1,237 sqft, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) hosts two independent apartments, both on the ground floor and made up of living area with kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom. These units were created taking into account the needs of disabled guests.
The guesthouse N°2 (130 sqm – 1,399 sqft, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) is laid over two floors:
- Ground floor: living room, kitchen and bathroom;
- First floor: two bedrooms and a bathroom.
Right next to the pool there is finally a dressing room/warehouse (20 sqm – 215 sqft).
The buildings are surrounded by roughly 10,000 sqm of park, dotted by olive trees, fruit trees, roses and other decorative plants. Not far from the farmhouse there is the 13.5 × 7.5 m swimming pool, surrounded by a stone-paved solarium with sun beds and umbrellas. From the park, one can enjoy a suggestive view over the Umbrian countryside and the Apennines.
