RYBALSKY is an ultra-modern residential neighborhood located in the central part of Kiev - on the territory of the Rybalsky demi-island and on the banks of the Dnieper river. The project provides for the construction of nine houses, eight of which will be residential, and part of the ninth will be occupied by the RYBALSKY Family Port - an educational center with a school, kindergarten and development studio. The height of each house is 9 floors.
The RYBALSKY concept is based on the principle of super-blocks, thanks to which the neighborhood is successfully divided into private, semi-private and public spaces. Each house has a courtyard inside, to which only residents will have access. Green boulevard located between the quarters - they are open to all comers. Here you can walk, meet friends and attend events that are often held in RYBALSKY. There are no cars along the boulevard, so it will be calm and safe here. Its territory is divided into three parts: a park, a square and a sports area. In the park, you can sit on a bench under the trees, walk along the paths with convenient paving. In the central part of the boulevard there is a square, and there are tables on either side of it. There will be sun loungers on the lawns in the shade of plane trees, trampolines have already been installed in the sports area. The boulevard also overlooks the facades of shops, so it is cool for residents and guests of the neighborhood to shop while walking.
One feature of RYBALSKY is its own 330 meter long water channel. It will pass between the houses and flow into the Dnieper river, which will enable water transport to enter the territory of the region. A whole street of restaurants called RESTOPORT is planned along the banks. It will house more than 30 original-format restaurants. Premises and summer grounds on the first floor of six houses are provided for them.
Mid-rise neighborhoods, modern public space by the water, well-thought-out landscaping and well-developed infrastructure - these were the main features in the development of RYBALSKY.
