Tessinsky, 1 is a modern author's club house in a quiet side street in the historic center of Moscow. There are 62 apartments, 7 penthouses with 6.9 m ceilings, fireplaces and patio-terrace on the roof of the house and 2 maisonettes in a detached low-rise mansion. Areas of apartments from 50 to 160 sq.m., penthouses - from 208 to 461 sq.m. All apartments in the building are offered unfurnished and are subject to the general planning principle. The daytime areas are oriented to the south: in the living room windows there are historic Moscow and the Yauza embankments. The bedrooms are located to the north, in a quiet yard and square. There is also a possibility to completely re-plan the apartment. The walls of the historic building on the corner of Bolshoy Nikolovorobinsky and Tessinsky lanes became part of the facade of the club house "Tessinsky, 1". It was carefully cleaned and the XIX century brickwork was restored. During the construction of Tessinsky, 1 uses modern flat bricks. A bronze vertical divides the clubhouse into halves in the proportions of the golden ratio. The historic and modern parts of the façade flow over and balance each other.
