The property is located in the municipality of Aznalcázar (Seville), near the Guadiamar River and 35 km from Seville city. Easily accessible from the road, it has two entrances: the main entrance and the other entrance giving access to the road that leads directly to Vado del Quema.
The olive grove currently occupies 17 hectares, mainly of manzanillos and also some gordales. The farm has two water wells and drip irrigation.
The farm has a riding track with the official measurements, a fenced area for the horses of approximately 1 hectare, with covered stables, several feeders and watering troughs. There is also a large open warehouse with three rooms for different uses. Attached to the shed is the house of the landlords and the stables with 12 boxes.
The house, surrounded by a large garden with a swimming pool, is built on different levels. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with bathroom, wardrobe and hot/cold split, two bedrooms with wardrobes and a bathroom in the corridor.
