By car one can visit the most notable cities on Tuscany and Umbria in less than two hours (Città di Castello, Umbertide, Cortona, Montepulciano, Perugia, Siena...). The closest airport is the one in Perugia (56km; 50').
DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDINGS
Farmhouse A (180 sqm – 1,937 sqft, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) was built on the remains of a 13th-century tower and is laid over two floors:
- Ground floor: kitchen, living room and bathroom;
- First floor: two bedrooms and bathroom.
Farmhouse B (130 sqm – 1,399 sqft, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) is laid on a single floor and includes kitchen, living room, bathroom and two bedrooms (one of which with en-suite bathroom). Outside, with independent access, are two underground rooms currently used as cellar and technical room.
All around the farmhouses there is 1.0 hectare (2.5 acres) of fenced land. A small vineyard is included in the property but the vines need to be replaced before one could produce wine. A canopy allow sheltering a few cars.
