Cà Rosa is in Maratea, overlooking the sea with an amazing view, facing the Gulf of Policastro and at the foot of Christ the Redeemer which dominates the enchanting coast. Immersed in the dense vegetation of Mediterranean essences, in an unspoiled natural setting of a protected forest with a prohibition to build, there are two houses with large open spaces and panoramic terraces between the mountains and the sea.
The first, built on the remains of a Saracen tower, consists of: on the ground floor, kitchen, bathroom, laundry, as well as a double living room with fireplace connected to the external porch from where you can enjoy the view of the sea and the garden / vegetable garden of relevance.
The upper floor is accessed via a dark wooden staircase in contrast with the "rosa Maratea" ceramic floors typical of the place, leading to the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are en suite and a terrace.
The second unit is composed on the ground floor of two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite, overlooking the garden, and a small kitchen.
Upstairs with an external staircase there is a large glazed living room overlooking the sea, a bathroom and a large wood oven. A small terrace with an outdoor fireplace surrounded by bougainvillea and maritime pines and a garage. The properties, also equipped with heating, air conditioning, wifi, and an outdoor shower as well as a vegetable garden with medicinal plants complete the property.
The property has a permit approved by the municipality of Maratea to build a swimming pool to blend in with the colors of the sea.
