The trees dotting the green areas offer great shade and many spots where one can relax in the hot summer days. Below the farmhouse, on a paved terrace, is the 14 × 5 m swimming pool</b> overlooking the surrounding countryside.<br/><br/> The remaining surface (roughly 1,400 sqm) is located beyond the road and is planted with fruit trees such as figs and cherries.<br/><br/> The unpaved road leading to the country house (just 500 m) is in excellent shape and well maintained.<br/><br/> <b>USE AND POTENTIAL USES</b><br/> The property is currently used both as a private house by the owners and as a small accommodation business (B&B), renting the three bedrooms on the ground floor and the breakfast room. It is worth noting, however, that the floors of the country house are all connected by stairs and it would be very easy con convert the building back into just a private home if one is not interested in carrying on with the rental business.
